Associate Dentist / Hamilton, Victoria, Australia
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Hamilton, Victoria, Australia to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their practice on a fixed term or permanent basis.
- Position available to start asap with notice periods taken into consideration.
- 4+ days per week
- Monday to Friday
- Experienced preferably 2+ years
- Practice require a general dentist practitioner.
- You will have a working holiday visa or currently applying for a visa.
- You will be AHPRA registered or working towards your registration.
- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to develop relationships
- Willing to establish themselves in the community and stay a minimum of 3 years.
- Demonstrated ability to treatment plan and undertake complex cases
- Aside for general dentistry also has abilities to undertake:
- Molar endodontics & Surgical extractions
- A capability or interest in Invisalign, Implants or Summoned would be highly regarded
- Private fees 40/60 split.
- A $700 per day retainer for 4 months to allow a new dentist to settle in and build patient.
- Subsidised accommodation for 6 months.
- A longevity bonus payments for staying longer at the practice.
- Experienced dentist on site who can offer mentoring and in addition we have very experienced dentists in the group who can provide mentorship.
- 3 Surgery dental practice is equipped with digital x-ray including OPG, intro-oral cameras rotary endo, Zoom whitening and the usual equipment expected in a practice.
The practice will consider bringing a digital scanner and Cerec machine for a suitable practitioner.
Hamilton i is a lovely town of about 10,000 people located at the entry point of the Grampians, a beautiful mountainous area that provides many opportunities for outdoor activities. It is about 290km west of Melbourne. It has a great community spirit and excellent schools. There are a number of local churches of all denominations however the nearest mosque is in Warrnambool or Horsham both approximately an hour’s drive away. The Great Ocean Road is only an hour’s drive away too.
All dentists applying for this position will be AHPRA registered or working towards their registration and have a Visa application/approved Visa in place.
