We have a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic dentist who is excellent at building client relationships whilst running to time, servicing an NHS list and building private clients. The ideal candidate will be gentle and driven by wanting to make a difference, provide a high quality of service and a desire to contribute to the team.
The position is 4 days a week over two locations. We are a team working from two village practices set right on the Sussex seaside with an extremely loyal and growing patient base (mainly “Silver Greys” and the “Saga Set”) and we are starting to attract younger professional couples and their families with an expanding range of services and opening times to suit them, in modern surgeries with new equipment.
You are:
Proud of your work ethic, efficiency and punctuality
Good diagnostic skills and can treatment plan confidently and effectively
Of course, you are a great communicator and understand the value of courtesy, politeness and positivity to achieve results and build great relationships. You are passionate about treating people, not patients
You take pride in providing painless quality dentistry that will last and can work fast to achieve this
Clinically you have an interest in preventative management of perio and, possibly, orthopaedic orthodontics and implant restoration
You understand the benefits of being part of a loyal, positive team and have a “can do” attitude and a desire to help build the practice
At least 3 years’ experience (including private) in the UK since qualifying
