Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist / Bolton, Greater Manchester / 2-5 days per week

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Bolton, Greater Manchester to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.  

• Available immediately with notice periods taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity, 2-5 days per week.
• Practice open Monday to Friday am-5 pm with a 7 pm finish on Tuesday.
• The successful candidate will be managing a stable and well-established list of NHS, Denplan, and Fee Per Item patients.  
• NHS contract worth £88,000 plus average Private earnings of £40,000 (FTE).
• £negotiable UDA rate plus 50% of Private fees.
• Private incentive bonus scheme allowing Associates to earn up to 60% Private worth an additional £6500 per annum.
• The monthly training and CPD plan worth £2000 per annum.
• Optional co-funding for post-graduate development with an average contribution of £3000.
• Joining bonus available of up to £3500.
• Earning potential of circa £141,000 per annum for full-time hours.  
• Practice can offer a £12-£13 UDA rate plus a 50% split on Private fees achieved.
• 50/50 split on lab bills.
• The dentist will have the support of Treatment Co-Ordinators and Hygienists to maximise clinical time.
• Established 6 surgery practice.
• Computerised with iTero Scanner, Digital X-rays, and OPG Machine, 
• Private waiting area for patients.
• The practice offers a mixture of General Dentistry, Implants, Invisalign, Oral Surgery, Facial Aesthetics, Private Endodontics, and Sedation.
• Well-established team.

All candidates must be registered with the GDC and hold an active performer to be considered. A recent DBS certificate will be required on request.
