Dental Area Manager

Dental Area Manager / Addlestone, Surrey / Full Time 

MBR Dental are currently assisting dental practices to recruit a Dental Area Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to manage practices in Surrey on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Will take notice periods into consideration.
• Full time opportunity – 40 hours per week.
• 4-5 days per week – Monday – Friday.
• Working hours to be discussed.
• £60k – £80k per annum depending on experience.
• You will be predominantly based in head office Addlestone & required to cover 5 practices across surrey. As the business grows, you will also be required to cover more practices.
• The Area Manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; involvement in marketing at a group level, patient feedback, staff development, growing practice income, compliance of the practices, exceeding all KPI’s including UDA’s & private targets, practice budgets, HR & recruitment of the practices, performance management, building strong relationships with practice teams & clinicians.
• Area Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ dental practice management experience & be located in the Surrey area.
• Position would suit an experienced Dual / Multi-Site Dental Practice Manager looking to take on more responsibilities. 
• Car parking available at all sites.

All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
