Description

We have an exciting opportunity available in one of the most beautiful and quaint parts of New Zealand - Oamaru!

Our practice is located right in the town centre of Oamaru and is operated by Dr Nick Shearer, who took over the practice from his father in 1989. Nick has been treating patients in the North Otago region for 30 years.

Role

This is a 2 surgery, suburban style practice. With an experienced and stable team, our Oamaru practice covers a range of general dentistry. You'll have a level of experience in dentistry where you are comfortable working independently.

  • 4 days per week available, between Monday and Thursday
  • You'll have healthy full books; this is a busy practice!
  • 40% commission
  • Financial  contributions  towards your CPD and APC

About You

To be successful in this role you will hold registration in the relevant scope with the NZ Dental Council, as well as a current Annual Practicing certificate, in addition you will bring:

  • At least 18 months experience and the confidence to work independently
  • Strong work ethic - meticulous in your work habits, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, to multi task and be flexible
