We need a Locum Dentist to work in our client’s practice in Suffolk.
Role Details:

·Long term locum required
·Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 19:45
·£16 per UDA – minimum of 30 UDAs per full day
·50% private and lab split
·SOE Software

REQUIREMENTS:
·Active English NHS Performer Number
·MUST be fully compliant – GDC registration, indemnity insurance, immunisations, proof of right to work in the UK, DBS & details of 2 clinical references
