We need a Locum Dentist to work in our client’s practice in Farnham, Surrey.  
 
Role Details:
 
·FULL PATIENT LIST!
·ASAP start
·Ongoing until a permanent Associate Dentist is recruited – potential for a locum to permanent conversion for the right person!
·Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays available
·50% private & labs split

·Local shops within walking distance of practice
 
REQUIREMENTS:
·Active English NHS Performer Number
·MUST be fully compliant – GDC registration, indemnity insurance, immunisations, proof of right to work in the UK, DBS & details of 2 clinical references
