Multi-Site Dental Practice Manager / Woking & Addlestone, Surrey / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting dental practices located in Surrey to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods taken into consideration.
• Full time opportunity.
• Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (can be flexible).
• Salary from £30k – £50k depending on experience.
• You will be required to cover 3 practices located within a 30 minute drive of each other – 2 in Woking (mixed practices) & a fully private practice in Addlestone. There is also opportunity to work from home during the pandemic.
• Dental Practice Manager must have a minimum 1 years’ experience.
• Applicants must have a good understanding of profit and loss, budgets, finance, marketing, as well as strong leadership skills.
• Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; the day to day running of the practice, HR, rotas, staff appraisals & inductions and ensuring the practices meet required standards with audits. Maintaining CQC compliance for all practices, reporting to practice owners on matters relating to the practice, overseeing administration duties for all practices & managing NHS & Compass records.
• Computerised practices with SOE.
• Parking available at all practices.

All candidates must have at least 1 years’ experience in Dental Practice Management and hold a valid DBS to be considered.
