My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to come and join our Independently owned mixed practice and be part of a very welcoming friendly team.
Role Details:
·ASAP start available – but happy to wait for the right person
·Full time/Part time – if part time days per week ( hrs)
·Highly competitive salary depending on experience
·This role involves ensuring the general smooth running of the practice, including staff rotas/holiday requests, monitoring UDAs, CQC compliant policies etc
·Must have at least 1 year’s experience working as a Dental Practice Manager
·Ideal candidate will have dental reception experience, be hard working and a team player and have excellent IT Skills (Excel, office and Exact software)
·Practice believes in ethical dentistry and treating staff and patients very well!
·New manager would receive lots of support
·Fantastic team of staff and patients that are very loyal
·Extremely good Google reviews
·Plenty of free off road parking
REQUIREMENTS:
·MUST have a minimum of 1 years’ Dental Practice Manager experience
·Compliance documents – DBS, References etc.
