We need an experienced Dental Receptionist to join this well established practice in Ruislip, Middlesex.
Role Details:
·Start ASAP
·Full time permanent position
·Working days and hours:
Monday to Thursday; 08:00 – 17:30 / Friday; 08:00 – 16:00 / alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00 / 15:00

·Duties include:
oPerforming high quality reception and administration tasks
oMaintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
oLiaise with Practice Manager on all matter concerning administration
oPay and service conditions & assisting with supervision of the trainee receptionist in the practice

Requirements:
·Experience within reception or customer service
·Confident and be able to work with different people within the team on a daily basis
·Great organisational & communicational skills
·Ability to work some work evenings and Saturdays
·Previous experience in a dental practice essential
·DBS within the last 3 years
·Proof of right to work in the UK
